Use the PDF template for Photoshop or any other advanced photo editing software. (PDF's include named layers and guides to work from).Use the Illustrator template for any vector editing software. (EPS's include named layers and guides to work from.)
There could be a few reasons you are receiving an error message:Filesize: The filesize of your artwork needs to be less than 40mb. (Lowering the DPI will help reduce filesize.)Pixel Size: Our system can only work with files that have a pixel size of 10,000 x 10,000. (Lowering the DPI will also help with this)Format: Please make sure your file is either; JPEG, Tiff, PNG or PDF.
